GPR18 is found in immune cells and tissues such as: microglia, spleen, testis, thymus, peripheral leukocytes, appendix and lymph nodes and in other tissues such as the small intestine, lung, ovary, testis, thymus, striatum, hypothalamus, thyroid, peripheral blood leukocytes, cerebellum and brain stem.
