Acute liver failure indicates severe damage to the liver and is often accompanied by brain damage/hepatic encephalopathy.

Acid reflux is a condition in which stomach acid leaks through the esophageal sphincter and irritates or corrodes the esophageal epithelium. Both esophageal epithelial cells and neurons in the esophageal myenteric plexus contain cannabinoid receptors which appear to regulate esophageal function. Moreover, THC was found to reduce acid reflux.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic disease characterized by bone and muscle pain, multisensorial hypersensitivity, sleep disorders and tiredness. Since cannabinoids show analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, they show potential to be used to treat fibromyalgia symptoms.

Although not exactly a disease, MDMA intoxication occurs after ingesting MDMA and typically comes with dysphoria, agitation or insomnia.
MDMA interferes with the clearance of serotonin, dopamine and adrenalin/epinephrin from the brain, causing their levels to rise and ultimately leads to the serotonin syndrome.

Klinefelter Syndrome is a disorder resulting from an extra copy of the X chromosome in males. Men with Klinefelter Syndrome are sterile and typically have reduced muscle strength, less body hair and smaller genitals and increased height, breast formation and sometimes reduced linguistic skills.
