9β,10β-epoxyhexahydrocannabinol has been recently identified in the cannabis plant. It shows therapeutic actions with hypolocomotive, cataleptic, hypothermic and antinociceptive effects, but more research is needed to assess its therapeutic potential.
9β,10β-epoxyhexahydrocannabinol has been identified in the cannabis plant. It binds to both CB1 and CB2 and shows hypolocomotive, cataleptic, hypothermic and antinociceptive effects in the tail-flick and hot-plate assays in rats (Radwan et al., 2015)
