10β-OH-Δ8-THC has been recently identified in the cannabis plant. It has therapeutic properties as antinociceptive and hypothermic effects, but more research is needed.
10β-OH-Δ8-THC binds to CB1 and CB2 and showed antinociceptive and hypothermic actions in doses of 40 mg/kg (Radwan et al., 2015)
