9β,10β-epoxyhexahydrocannabinol has been identified in the cannabis plant. It binds to both CB1 and CB2 and shows hypolocomotive, cataleptic, hypothermic and antinociceptive effects in the tail-flick and hot-plate assays in rats (Radwan et al., 2015)
