We have the world’s largest genetic library of cannabis strains including several unique landraces, which were obtained by the Strain Hunters on expeditions to the most remote regions of the world. These landraces are reported to have therapeutic properties but are mostly unknown to the general public and scientific world.
The purpose of this website is to collect and provide science-based information about cannabinoids, their biochemical interactions in your body and how cannabinoids could be used to help combat disease. Cannabis, and its active ingredients, cannabinoids, have been reported to have therapeutic effects in diseases such as cancer, epilepsy, autism, schizophrenia, depression, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Crohn’s disease, neuropathic pain, multiple sclerosis, migraine and many other disorders. At GH Medical we aim to collect the available anecdotal evidence and where possible substantiate this with rigorous, science-based evidence.
At the GH Medical laboratory we offer clients complete analytical testing for the usual contaminants that are found in cannabis, such as mould, fungus, bacteria, chemical residues, salts, remaining solvent and pesticides. In addition our lab offers full quantitative profiling of cannabinoids and other terpenes.
THE CANNABINOID SYSTEM
All plant cannabinoids are derived from isoprene units whereas animal- or endocannabinoids are derived from diacylglycerol (DAG), which is also responsible for most fatty acids that make up our cell membranes.

I design and run scientific studies about the potential therapeutic effects of cannabis. I update the scientific content of the website and represent GH Medical in Spain.
I studied Agro-Environmental Engineering and I am expert on plant fertilisation and crop genetic improvement with an experience of 10 years in this field.
